Shipping policy
Shipping from Tarbert, Argyll
Every order is packed by hand from our workshop in Tarbert, Argyll.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During particularly busy periods it may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
UK delivery
We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.85 per order.
Orders over £35 qualify for free UK delivery.
While we normally use Royal Mail Tracked 48, we may occasionally use an alternative tracked delivery service if needed.
Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers within 2 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
Delivery addresses
Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order, as we can only ship to the address provided at checkout.
Delayed or lost deliveries
Once an order has been handed to the delivery service, delays can occasionally happen.
While we can't accept responsibility for delays caused by the delivery service, we'll always do our best to help if there's a problem with your order.
