About Us
Handcrafted Scottish soap, made in Tarbert, Argyll since 2008.
Damn Fyne Soap began in 2008 with a simple goal: to make honest skincare using ingredients chosen for how they work, not for show.
What started at a kitchen table in 2008 has grown into a small-batch Scottish soap business rooted in the west coast of Scotland — but the principles remain unchanged.
From our workshop in Tarbert, Loch Fyne, every bar is poured, cut and properly cured by hand. We use plant oils, natural butters and essential oils chosen for how they feel on the skin — not for show.
Why We Make It This Way
Good soap takes time.
Small batches allow us to focus on quality at every stage — from balancing blends to curing each bar properly so it lasts well and feels gentle on the skin.
We don't rush the process. We never have.

Rooted in Argyll
Living and working in Argyll shapes how we make things.
From our workshop in Tarbert, on the shores of Loch Fyne, we take inspiration from the landscape around us.
The west coast of Scotland has its own pace — steadier, more thoughtful, less hurried. That calm runs through our products too.

Our Promise
We promise honest skincare made with care.
No unnecessary fillers.
No overcomplicated formulas.
Just simple ingredients your skin recognises and responds to.

Handmade in Tarbert, Argyll.
Used and enjoyed across Scotland and beyond.
