Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your order.
If there's a problem, please get in touch and we'll always do our best to help.
Because our products are handmade skincare, we can only accept returns of unused products in their original, saleable condition.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to return an item
Before returning any product, please contact us by email at customerservice@damnfynesoap.co.uk or via our contact form, quoting your order number.
If your return is accepted, we'll let you know where to send your item.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process your return.
Once your return has been approved, please send it back within 14 days.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your own peace of mind.
Unless the item is faulty or we've sent the wrong product, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take a few days to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order has been damaged in transit, is faulty or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, the quickest option is to return your original product (once approved) and place a new order.
Gift cards
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
